World Water Day is observed on 22nd March every year to celebrate the importance of water and raise awareness of the 2 billion people currently living without access to safe drinking water.
As climate change worsens, the world relies more and more on groundwater to keep us enriched and alive. In some parts of the world, groundwater is the only water people have.
Groundwater is the water which supplies drinking water supplies, sanitation systems, farming, industry and ecosystems. It’s very important and its supply is limited in so many countries around the world.
WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH BOTTLING WATER?
Every bottle of water sitting on a warehouse shelf is water that could be left in the ground, taking part in the Earth’s natural hydrological processes. When we remove water from this process before its actually needed, it flips the balance and puts our planet at an accelerated risk of climate change and water poverty.
Did you know? The water we have on the planet today is the very same water the dinosaurs had. There is not an infinite supply, it’s actually a very finite and delicate balance. This is something we strongly believe we should protect!
Why do we need to bottle this water? Why can’t we just use the water at the moment it’s actually needed, and then return it straight to the ground when we are done?
We don’t believe in keeping perfectly good water hostage in plastic cleaning bottles. Cert. is a refillable cleaning system which is designed to take water only when it is needed, one bottle at a time.

What does that mean?
